The Power Up program is a four-week fitness plan that includes a workout (and sometimes two) on each day! That means for 28 days, you’ll follow your favorite TIU trainers through strengthening, sculpting, and power-boosting workouts, along with stretching sessions, yoga classes, and guided meditations. Each week, you’ll conquer total-body, upper-body, lower-body, and core work, plus one yoga session and one stretch session each week. Five trainers lead you through the workouts, including Karena, Allegra, Alex, Bec, and Lex! While the program will ignite your strength and elevate your fitness, it will also help you improve flexibility and mobility.

Yes, you need an app subscription to access Power Up, which you’ll find in our featured programs! Access this program and more for $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
The Power Up program lasts for four weeks! However, you can stack some of the workouts or skip some if you need—it’s always about doing what works for you!
You’ll get a mix of a few different types of workouts within Power Up, including strength training, HIIT, mindful stretching, and yoga. The strength work mixes in weightlifting, resistance band work, and ankle weight exercises, plus you’ll get a hit of plyometrics (or explosive exercises) here and there to turn up your heart rate. While some of the strength workouts focus on the entire body, others zero in on the legs and booty, abs, or arms. You get a well-rounded mix of everything with this holistic program!
You will need light and medium dumbbells, booty bands, ankle weights, a resistance band or yoga strap, yoga blocks, and a yoga mat for this program! However, if you don’t have some (or any) of these tools, you can easily tackle each workout with just your bodyweight or by grabbing some household items!

That’s why we wanted to make this meal plan as easy as possible for you to follow. Think no-bake protein bars, energy bites, oatmeals, hearty fall salads and bowls, and one-pan dinners.
The Power Up program stands out from others for its versatility, mind-and-body approach to training, and a well-rounded mix of workouts! In addition to a blend of strength workouts that focus on different areas of the body (you’ll target every major muscle!), you also have a mix of five trainers who bring their different workout styles and personalities to each routine! That means they keep you engaged, and motivated, and they offer encouragement so you keep on crushing it! While you also build strength and tone all over, conquering workouts that challenge you and make you feel great physically, Power Up also brings in an element of flexibility and mobility, which are aspects of fitness we often tend to neglect! These more mellow sessions also bring a focus to mindfulness, which you’ll practice with a weekly meditation too.
